Placing an order
Delivery of orders through our website is not a legally binding agreement. OdorKlenz EU can cancel your order due to typographical errors, technical problems, delivery failures and similar situations. Binding order confirmation / invoice will be sent to you when we have shipped the items you have ordered.
Once you have placed an order through our website, our system will automatically send you an e-mail, indicating which items you have ordered. It is only an electronic receipt for receiving your order.
You must be aware that the automated response (via email) is not a legally binding order confirmation, concluding an agreement.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Master Card, Maestro and MobilePay. OdorKlenz EU does not charge any fee for debit card payments.
The amount is deducted from your account when the item is shipped from our warehouse.
Delivery
We offer the following delivery methods:

- GLS
- Afhentning fra lager i Sønderborg
Expected delivery time is 1-4 business days but may vary in peak times. Orders containing items in backorder will generally have a longer delivery time. Ordered products are sent as a whole - no partial delivery. OdorKlenz EU is responsible for the goods until you have received them. We deliver throughout Europe.
Withdrawal
You have 30 days of withdrawal when shopping at our store.
The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your goods.
You must, within 30 days of receipt, inform us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. The notification must be given by writing to info@odorklenz.eu or calling +45 3840 5493. In your notice, please let us know clearly that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal.
You can’t cancel by refusing the receipt of the goods without giving us a clear notice at the same time.
Returns
You must return your order to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Upon return you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packed.
You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery.
Repayment of the purchase amount and return of the goods
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount of the product you paid us back.
Please note that we do not refund shipping and handling charges. You will have to bear the costs of returning the goods.
We must receive the item no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to cancel the purchase. We make such a refund with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.

What should I send back?
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.
Note! We do not receive packages sent per COD.
Warranty / Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days to test OdorKlenz Laundry additive. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the remaining product in original packaging and we will refund the amount you have paid for the product.
